Voluntary Freezing/Blocking Policy

We provide a facility for voluntary freezing/blocking of Trading Accounts by Clients. We have implemented this policy in accordance with the provisions of:

  • SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/4 dated January 12, 2024
  • NSE Circular No. NSE/INSP/61529 dated April 08, 2024

This policy enables clients to request voluntary freezing/blocking of online access to their trading accounts in case of suspicious activities. The framework is part of our comprehensive Risk Management Policy.

How to Request Freezing/Blocking

You can request voluntary freezing/blocking of your trading account through two convenient modes:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM

What Happens When You Block Your Account

Immediate Protection

Your account access is blocked immediately upon request

Verified Identity

We verify your identity using registered email/mobile number

Confirmation

You receive confirmation of the freezing/blocking action

Future Unblocking

You can request to unblock your account anytime with proper verification

Requirements for Freezing/Blocking

For Email Request:

  • Registered email address
  • Client ID or PAN number
  • Clear request subject

For Phone Call:

  • Registered mobile number
  • Client ID or PAN number
  • Verbal confirmation
